6 rules to self mastery
1.)be mindful:
Mind-full- focus your intention
2.)be thankful:
Call back the thankfulness
how did it feel?
Love, compassion, joy - feels like this> now you can project it and realize it in other people
What is lacking in the world we must be the ones to cultivate it,
3.)Stay balanced in life:
Be adaptable in change, you are part of the change in the flow
be in harmony with life
be peaceful despite the fluctuation
Be present if it comes let it come if it goes let it go
ITs not that your not taking part into life it is like this
Learn to take the world as it is, Adjust, if you have a chance at all of helping those around you do so,

4.)Have a structure and stay mindful:
We need the structure or method to reconnect to mindfulness and intention.
React to the breathing method or drink the tea or sounds
So called meditation methods
Remember yourself again
5.) Put quality into your life:
To be reminded there is a story behind this
"Intention is what fuels life"
Fill up every moment with quality
Drink the tea
Physical, No tension no relaxation
Know what your doing put intention behind them
That's not what i always say but his energy is not correct his mind is not correct
No matter what it is, it is a reminder that your intention is what is fueling the quality of life,
6.)Find harmony with yourself
Before i change the world out there change yourself,
You have already destroyed from the core
"You can only give what you have"
How can you feel that love for another person if you don't have the feeling that your responsible for this> The connection you have to yourself
Now its a different quality when you take care of someone else
